This is the Auto City at 1Borneo, which is expected to be opened in early 2008. 1Borneo is the largest hypermall in Borneo, located just 15 minutes from the city center of Kota Kinabalu. It offers lifestyle living in a one-stop shopping, entertainment, convenience and modern environment.

This is the Tune Hotel which is expected to be operational at the end of 2007 or early 2008. It is the first no frills, online reservation hotel in Borneo, and is owned by Air Asia.
